NMRA National Convention Layout Tour (Club Run #1 L166)
VISIT REPORT: Wow! The visit went really well. We had four
busloads of visitors who started arriving at 8:30 pm and the last bus
left around 11:30 pm. Visitor response was very good. Personally, I was
worried about our plan to let folks go everywhere unrestricted but
I was wrong to worry: people really enjoyed it and appreciated our
work in maintaining and working on the layout. For the most part,
trains ran well and the Feather River Canyon was definitely the
hot model-railfan photo op.
